I've Let You Down....

I don't know if anyone has been watching this blog in the last months, but if you have-you may have noticed the lack of updates.

Not only did my game crash and save game get corrupted-I no longer own the hard drive that my game belongs to.

Fear not, I have one more unposted baby of Violet's, but after that her challenge is over.

I do have good news, I now own a personal computer that nobody can take away from me. I started a new challenge and it's going very well, you will be able to read it here.

My writing style has improved, and I think it was too late to change the way Violet's challenge had been written anyway.-I wasn't happy with how Violet looked or how almost every single one of her children looked exactly like her with a different hair or eye color.

I'm getting a chance to start over and do the challenge more carefully and more intricately. Violet almost never has dialogue and I'm hoping to change that with this new challenge.

Here is a glimpse at my new challenge mother before I get baby 1 out.

This is Venus Cain newest mother to ravage Sunset Valley.

I'm aware that she bears a resemblance to a baby challenge mother most of us already know, but it just kind of happened. I have a thing for two-tone hair and buns.

Anyway, that's about all I have to say until my new blog is ready.

Romanced by Verona, Babies 30, 31 and 32

Time for the girls to transition to adulthood! Luella first!

Glitter and sparkles means it's working!

Luella as a young adult. she shed her long hair and settled for a medium bob.

Lara the former introvert had come out of her shell, trading sweatpants for a nice sundress. After the fire, her personality had changed and she'd become far more outgoing.

"I made sure that the apartment we got is fireproof...just in case" Lara said to her mother while sealing the deal on a condo just on the outskirts of town.

I guess this is goodbye. Lara was sad about leaving, even though the disasters had left them in terror for a short while, she believed this would always be the place she called home. She prayed she could be as good as a mother as Violet, and that her children would be able to look up to her in times of trouble as well.

"Goodbye, my babies. You're always welcome to visit, and you better visit, I'm warning you!" Violet tried diffusing sadness with some humor, but it was true, it was Harmon law that her babies come visit her

With more babies out of the house, it was time to get a move on with her challenge. Violet recieved an email from a man named Romeo Melon-Sip(thanks to BerryPie27!) the morning the girls moved out. Once hearing about his interesting genetics, how could she say no?

He was certainly as charming as the real Romeo. This Melon-Sip guy knew how to romance a lady.

Violet found that it was Romeo leading her into the bedroom, instead of the other way around.

It was hard for Violet to remind herself that this was a father of her challenge. She couldn't fall for him. No way.

But he's just so gorgeous. That's what her brain was telling her.

"I-I gotta go..." Violet managed to mumble, grabbing her clothes and running out the door.

In order to distract herself, Violet quickly baked a birthday cake after deciding it was time to age up Hero.

What a cutie! Hero didn't look anything like his father, instead inheriting all of Violet's features including hair and eye color.

Violet desperately wanted another set of triplets, so she invited over Dr. Blueflame, who could tell the gender of any pregnant sim's baby.

"It's a girl." Blueflame announced.

Hearing the news, Violet immediately chomped down on an apple. She loved multi-gendered twins/triplets because they gave out such a large variety of genetics from one father.

Time for Arya and Ned to age up!

Arya as a teen. She became the spunky and brave girl she was named after.

Potty training is essential for a well-raised child!

"P-yew! That reeks! You have a stinky-butt, Hero!"

Contractions have kicked in! I repeat, contractions have kicked in!

Arya called up a taxi to take Violet to the hospital. She strode in there as relaxed as any person could be.

We have a baby carrier! Will it be twins or triplets?

Baby 30 Honey-Dew

Baby 31 Cherry

Baby 32 Crispin.

That's triplets! 3 fruity babies to brighten up the house.

Violet was afraid to let Romeo into her house. She feared that she would start getting attached to him and forget about the challenge.

She let him in for a brief moment to allow him to see his children, and found there wasn't any emotion to worry about. All in all it was a good day.

Fire-Fighting Baby 29

Time for a butt load of birthdays! First up, Louis and Tucker!

Louis as a young adult, dreaming of being a superstar athlete.

Tucker planned on becoming a school teacher.

Both of them looked exactly like their father.

Next up is baby Aubrey!

Aubrey as a child. Much to Violet's dismay, she gained the insane trait.

Being insane meant that Aubrey would talk to herself, and pick fights with anyone and everything. She particularly liked to argue with Lara.

Baby 27 Eddard (Ned) grew up! He got his momma's hair and features.

Same goes for Baby 28, Arya!

Lara as a teen, she blossomed into a beauty and some of her shyness disappeared, leading her to become the newest heart breaker in Sunset Valley.

Luella grew up amazingly as well, she wore her hair in a thick braid that she never took out because it took ages to braid again.

Aubrey aged up again, and looked just like her father! She gained another bad trait; hot-headed.

It contradicted her family oriented tendencies, but leveled out her personality in some ways.

Violet was cooking mac and cheese in the kitchen when she heard a loud BOOM! coming from the living room. She rushed in to find that her detonator had accidentally gone off!

Aubrey managed to rush everybody outside and ran back in to help Violet.

"Huff! -this... is ...huff..kinda dangerous..hehe"

"Aubrey!? You need to go back outside! It's not safe, I'll take care of this!"

Violet hadn't expected Aubrey to come back inside once all the babies were out.

And suddenly Luella was inside. Apparently Violet needed to brush up on her fire safety lessons.

Not even a moment later the fire caught a nip of Aubrey's shirt and she set alight.

"Oh NO!Ohnoohnoooo!!" She screamed

Instead of the usual stop-drop-and roll, Aubrey rushed into the shower to put herself out.

"Phew! I thought I was going to die there for a minute."

Meanwhile violet was still struggling to fight the fire, Luella had called the fire department but they seemed to be taking their time.

"Come on! Come on!" Violet shouted, shaking the extinguisher violently after it jammed.

Finally! A fireman to the rescue!!

And a handsome one at that! Bow-wow!

The man put out the fire in only minutes and Violet was still trying to unjam the fire extinguisher, which conveniently went off after the fire was gone, spraying right onto their hero.

"Sorry..." Violet panted, glad the mess was finally over.

The next day left less-pressing manners at hand. Time for Babies 27 and 28 to age up again!

Arya seems really excited.

Ned as a child, he took after his mother for sure.

Arya seemed to look more like her father, Drew.

Even more good news!! Violet was a grandmother. Baby 22 Louis got married and had children in that short time! Two boys named Dave and Chauncey!!

After almost a week's worth of research, Violet was able to hunt down their SINGLE firefighter. She wanted him for her challenge and she was going to have him.

She found him of course and found out his name was Amir Meadows. The next morning she met with him at the park and he seemed pretty happy and excited that she wanted him in this challenge.

Lullabies mean more babies to come!

"Mom, who invented the lightbulb?" Arya asked over dinner, she was a bit of a slacker when it came to school and was trying to finish up the last of her homework before bedtime.

Money from the sculpting station was essentially just pouring into the Harmon Household's funds and Violet thought it was about time they bought an entertainment center.

Lara was glad for it. Having the athletic trait meant she couldn't stand just sitting around all day so she used the TV specially for her workouts.

Violet was getting ready to make dinner when her contractions kicked in.

It was too sudden to react though, and she felt Baby 29 coming right then and there.

Out popped a little boy. Baby 29, Hero! Violet named him that because it was only fitting to the circumstances.
